Shipped with a beautiful natural finish it will weather (outdoors) to a fine gray patina within a couple of years. You can enjoy the natural graying or protect the swing with a quality sealer to help slow down the weathering process. Cedar provides a firm structure that retains natural oils and acts as a preservative. It is excellent for high moisture areas. The natural aromatic scent of the wood helps repel insects as well.
This swing is shipped partially assembled. Assembly is easy and requires only common household tools. Zinc hardware included with this swing will complete the look and add years to the life of your swing.
