A: This painted rocker should easily be cleaned with a damp rag.

A: No. Assembly is required (2 Crossbars, 1 Back Grill, 1 Seat Grill, 2 Arm Pieces).
Q3: What kind of finish does this item have; will it rust?
A: It is double powder coated for protection against weathering/rust. Since it is iron, it will eventually rust, but it will take a very long time before it will begin to do so.
