This chair is built using swelled joint construction, a technique borrowed from Shaker design that uses NO GLUE. Thanks to the chair's interlocking construction, the notched dowels make it very sturdy and nearly impossible to be pulled apart. This chair is designed to offer you a lifetime of enjoyment.
